Sharron Sweetnam has been and will continue to be very successful in this business as the Global Sales and Marketing Director because of her ability to communicate with customers in a professional yet friendly manner.
Sharron is able to speak three languages fluently; English, Afrikaans and Dutch, allowing other people to communicate with her in their mother tongue, making it more comfortable for them and also to make sure what they want is clearly specified.
Her experience in working within a company are extensive, having owned two businesses herself, both in very different areas of the corporate world.
The first was a successful Corporate Clothing and Promotional Gifts company in South Africa, which Sharron kept at its strongest for the best of 10 years. The second was a Health and Beauty Salon in England which Sharron owned for 8 years, working as a Health and Beauty Therapist throughout the company’s life span.
The fact that both of these companies were in two very different countries, with very different cultural systems, Sharron has been able to pick up many different skills of handling and communicating with people of very different cultural backgrounds, and of course, languages.
Now that she lives in Belgium, she is faced with yet another social difference but continues to work with professionalism and confidence in whatever she does.
Sharron works with passion and is driven by the positive outlook she has and the ability to satisfy every customer with whatever problem or need they may have. She strives to fulfill every task with perfection and will do so with a smile on her face.
